It’s okay to feel~

It’s more than okay — it’s being honest with yourself.

It’s okay to feel hurt, fearful, angry, jealous, happy, despair, etc.  And you can allow that.  The mind does not have to control or protect you from your feelings.

So embrace your feelings.  If it is something strong, feel the fire of it, the intensity.   The fullness and depth.   And that way you can acknowledge and not deny any part of yourself.

When we allow ourselves to truly feel we then become free to live in the moment and not carry with us the baggage from the past.  As it will be released.  We become free to tell a new story and set a new direction in our lives if we choose.

Life is about what happens now, what we experience in the moment.
