Yoga is a daily practice for me.  A relaxed, enjoyable and shorter routine of my favorite asanas.  Often outside in the sun and on the grass.

There is more benefit to doing one asana properly than a whole series improperly.  By proper I do not mean technique (although that is important) but allowing your time doing yoga as a way to open your energy and body and bring clarity and ease into your life.  Connecting with yourself as a manifestation – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  Connecting with your beingness.  Breathing and being conscious.  Awake and aware.

Yoga is  gift I give to myself.  A deliberate way of living.  A way of appreciating.  It’s just a great way to start and end the day.
