Bringing meditation into your daily life~

Meditation is the practice of awareness.

Beyond allotting the 10 minutes here, 30 minutes there or periodic retreat there is a movement to bring clarity and awareness into all of your life.   Not just segments.

Make your life a meditation.  Be aware.

When you are aware you are able to see everything for what it is.

To cultivate this try moments of pause to connect with your awareness.

Throughout the day and in the midst of activity.

Awareness is that which exists beyond the ephemera of the world.

Awareness is what you are.

It is not a technique.

It is a consistent choice.
